Remote workplace exercice session

What?

A remote exercise session at your workplace.

Who is it for?

We will inspire movement and teach health-preserving exercises tailored for individuals with sedentary jobs.
You will try stretching, mobility-improving, and muscle-strengthening exercises that can be performed at your workstation.

What are we going to do?

Registered participants will be able to join sessions via a Teams link every weekday from Monday to Thursday at 12:00 PM, starting from January 27.
The sessions will be led by public health specialists Rokas Norvaišas and Inga Kozlovska from the Vilnius Public Health Bureau “Vilnius sveikiau”. Each session will last up to 30 minutes, and no additional equipment is required. Sessions will be conducted in lithuanian language.

How will everything go?
  • If you have chronic illnesses, acute health conditions, or would like to consult before registering, please contact the program coordinator.
  • Ensure you provide the correct contact details during registration.
  • ALL SESSIONS ARE FREE OF CHARGE.
