Individual psychological counselling for young people aged 7 to 16

What?

Who is it for?

Residents of Vilnius aged 7 to 16 (inclusive).

Each young person is eligible to receive up to 8 individual counseling sessions with a psychologist per calendar year, free of charge.

What are we going to do?

What characterizes short-term psychological counseling?

  • Consultations focus on the problem and/or its solution
  • The client’s strengths are identified, and the focus is on developing them and ways to utilize them
  • We work directly with recently emerged problems
  • Responsibility for the effectiveness of the counseling largely falls on the client, as during short-term psychological counseling, the specialist essentially only provides tools; whether to use them or not is a decision the client makes independently
  • The end of counseling is predetermined
How will everything go?

Consultations last up to 50 minutes. Please register only for the first consultation; you will schedule subsequent consultations with the specialist during the first session. Please complete the registration form by entering your child’s information.

After completing the registration form, you will receive all necessary information via email.

IMPORTANT! The first consultation takes place in person. The remaining 7 consultations are conducted in person or remotely, as agreed with the specialist. A signed parental consent form is required for the consultations (for young people aged 7 to 15, inclusive).
